Each coaching session begins with a conversation about your current challenges, goals, and priorities. I’ll help you view your situation from a different perspective, reflect on that and we’ll focus on specific areas that require attention. We’ll explore practical ways to address these challenges and turn insights into actionable steps:

 

  • If you’re unsure about your goals or what really matters to you → You’ll get clear on what you want and start moving toward it.
  • If you doubt yourself and constantly question your choices → You’ll feel confident and trust your decisions without second-guessing.
  • If big decisions overwhelm you → You’ll learn to make clear choices that make you feel happy.

How does the coaching process usually look like?

 

In my coaching process, I focus on you as a whole – mind and body – to help you better understand yourself and make decisions in alignment with your values. Here’s what our collaboration typically looks like:

Session 0: Initial Consultation

We begin with a free 30-minute consultation to get to know each other and understand your challenges and goals. During this conversation, we’ll discuss what you want to focus on and how I can support you on your journey. This is the moment to ask questions and see if my approach is the right fit for you.

Session 1: Initial Analysis and Goal Setting

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your current situation and challenges. Together, we’ll identify what you want to work on, set your goals, and determine what you want to achieve during our coaching process. Based on this, we’ll define priorities and create an initial action plan.

Sessions 2-7: Work, work, work

During sessions 2-7, we work on identifying internal barriers that hold you back and develop self-awareness to better understand your thoughts and emotions. We focus on building confidence, creating specific action strategies, and overcoming obstacles to effectively achieve your goals.

Session 8: Summary and Future Plan

In the final session, we summarize all our work and achievements. We’ll discuss the tools and strategies you can continue using independently to maintain lasting changes in your life. You’ll leave the session with a clear action plan for the future, filled with confidence and ready for further development.
This 8-session coaching process is focused on discovering your internal resources, overcoming barriers, and implementing lasting changes in your life so that you can pursue your goals in alignment with your values.
If our collaboration has been valuable, delivered the desired results, and you want to continue self-developing, we can extend the process beyond the 8 sessions.
