How to Work With Me?
If you’re interested in my offer but are still unsure or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out! I’ll be happy to answer your questions and help you understand if this work is the right fit for you.
Once you get in touch, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to reflect on key areas of your life. It helps me understand your needs better – and gives you a taste of how we’ll work together.
When we meet for the first time:
1. We’ll discuss your current challenges and goals based on the questionnaire.
2. You’ll get to know my approach and we’ll explore how I can support you in your process.
3. I’ll answer your questions, explain how the process works, and together we’ll determine if my support is right for you.
4. If you’re ready, we’ll start to explore your system.

If you decide to take a step further and enter the process:
- We will usually meet once a week.
- In the meantime, you will have space for self-work and reflection which are essential for your success.
- In some cases we might meet less often but it’s highly advisable to keep the consistency and pace of the process.
- The length of the process depends on the person and their goals.
