Each Body-Mind Connection session begins with a conversation about your challenges. We’ll work deeply on your emotions and your body’s signals to help you understand them:
- If you overthink and feel stuck in your head → you’ll discover how to listen to your gut.
- If you tense your body when stressed → you’ll learn how to relax your body and prevent chronic pain.
- If you turn to food when stressed, bored or sad → you’ll break the cycle of emotional eating for good.
- If you bottle up your emotions until they explode –> you’ll improve your relations and get clarity on what you want.
For this work, you need someone who can fully hold space for you – someone who sees beyond surface solutions and can help you navigate the storm of accumulated emotions.
Each Body–Mind Connection session is grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach and is tailored to your needs and pace, allowing you to gradually build a deeper connection with your body and mind.
