Each Body-Mind Connection session begins with a conversation about your challenges. We’ll work deeply on your emotions and your body’s signals to help you understand them:

  • If you overthink and feel stuck in your head → you’ll discover how to listen to your gut.
  • If you tense your body when stressed → you’ll learn how to relax your body and prevent chronic pain.
  • If you turn to food when stressed, bored or sad → you’ll break the cycle of emotional eating for good.
  • If you bottle up your emotions until they explode –> you’ll improve your relations and get clarity on what you want.

For this work, you need someone who can fully hold space for you – someone who sees beyond surface solutions and can help you navigate the storm of accumulated emotions.

Each Body–Mind Connection session is grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach and is tailored to your needs and pace, allowing you to gradually build a deeper connection with your body and mind.

A Body-Mind Connection session is a time for you to dive deep into your emotions to understand your needs and regain calmness.

1. Initial Conversation:

We’ll begin with a brief conversation to understand what’s most present for you right now. This could be a challenge, an emotion, or a situation you’d like to explore. We’ll create a calm space and clarify your intentions for the session, ensuring we’re focused on what matters most to you. This ensures the session is personalized to your unique situation.

2. Preparation for Body-Mind Connection:

Once we’ve identified the focus, I’ll guide you in observing your internal experience. We’ll explore thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations that might arise, helping you connect with different aspects of yourself. The goal is to understand these parts and approach them with curiosity and compassion, uncovering their roles and what they might need from you.

3. Body-Mind connection:

As we continue, we’ll work with any emotions or patterns that show up. This part of the session is about building a deeper relationship with yourself, gaining insights, and exploring new possibilities for how you relate to these internal experiences. You’ll always remain in charge of the pace and depth of our work together.

4. Conclusion:

You’ll be invited to reflect on what you felt and discovered during the session. You’ll have the chance to share any insights or shifts you’ve experienced, and we’ll ensure you feel grounded and supported before leaving the session. This time is also for discussing any next steps or tools that might help you continue your work after our session.
